Ashley represents individual and corporate clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate and trust litigation. She also handles real estate and business matters related to the administration of trusts and estates. Ashley’s professional background enables her to counsel trust and estate fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding their legal duties and rights. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including resolution of legal disputes in court and through mediation. Ashley strives to obtain thoughtful and comprehensive solutions to each of her clients’ unique legal needs in an efficient manner.
