EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pfeiffer represents clients in tax, personal and business matters. He represents clients in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the Indiana Department of Revenue. He is well versed in estate and gift tax issues. His experience includes working with individuals and families in estate planning matters, estate and trust administrations and guardianships. He assists clients with premarital agreements, special needs planning, charitable gift planning and Medicaid issues. He works with business owners regarding succession planning, organizational issues and transactional matters.
