Employment Law

The Employment Attorney Group at Harrison & Moberly assists clients with a broad range of employment law and labor law matters such as union avoidance, employment litigation, and employment counseling. Our attorneys have experience representing clients before federal and state agencies, as well as federal and state courts.

We advise Firm clients on a broad range of employment law and labor matters including employment contract disputes, covenants not to compete, affirmative action and employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, wage and hour and family leave disputes, and trade secret protection. We assist employers in implementing personnel policies and manuals, mediating and arbitrating employment law and labor disputes. Our attorneys are active in the business community, are part of the International Law Network, and frequently publish articles or give seminars on employment and labor matters.

The Employment Law Attorney Group routinely distributes a newsletter advising clients of recent changes in the law as well as strategies for better addressing employment law issues that face the business community. If you would like to be placed on the distribution list for this newsletter, or if you would like any additional information, please contact our Firm.
