Experience
For over 35 years Mr. Brown has represented real estate developers, owners, small and large companies, and individuals in buying, selling and leasing all types of commercial and residential properties, both inside and outside Indiana. Mr. Brown has also served in executive positions as in-house legal counsel with emphasis on business transactions and corporate governance.
