Experience

Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology for Indiana University, a Doctor of Juris Prudence, with honors, from Indiana University, Indianapolis Law School, a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and completed the four-year program of Education For Ministry from the School of Theology, University of the South. Served as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice in Washington D.C. He now practices law in Indianapolis, Indiana, limiting his practice to Estate Planning, Probate, Taxation, Elder Law, Wealth Preservation and VA Benefits.

Mr. Scott also served as an interpreter in the U.S. Air Force Security Service.

Bar Admissions

Indiana, ;Washington D.C.; United States Supreme Court; United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; United States Tax Court for Claims; and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Professional Activities

Mr. Scott is Church Attorney for the Indianapolis Diocese of the Episcopal Church and served as Trustee of the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale, St. Richards School and Challenge Foundation Academy Charter School.
