Stephen Arthur is a Partner of Harrison Moberly, LLP, and member of the Firm’s Litigation Services Group and Appellate Law Group, and chair of the Firm’s Ethics Committee.  Stephen has handled hundreds of litigation and appellate matters, including over 50 civil and criminal jury and bench trials, in Indiana state and federal district courts, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Military Courts.  He represents companies and individuals in the litigation and appeal of disputes involving business and tort matters, estate and probate, drug and patent infringement, real estate, and tax appeals.

A certified Indiana Civil Mediator with Mediation Indiana, LLC, Stephen specializes in mediating business, tort, and complex litigation disputes. Stephen is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He authors several treatises on federal and Indiana civil trial practice and procedure, and has been retained as an expert witness in various civil actions. Stephen is honored to have served as a Captain and Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, and a Law Clerk to former Chief Justice Richard M. Givan of the Indiana Supreme Court.
