Arthur Publishes Article in 15 Indiana Civil Litigation Review 33 (2018)

Stephen Arthur published an article in 15 Indiana Civil Litigation Review 33 (2018), a publication of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. The article is “Personal Jurisdiction in Indiana Civil Actions: A Historical Primer and Discussion of Recent Developments.” Mr. Arthur is a civil litigator, specializing in business and complex matters, both at trial and on appeal. He is an author of several federal and state books on civil trial practice and procedure.
