At its 2010 Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas, the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry inducted David J. Theising as Chair of its Division on Insurance, Surety and Liens.
Theising has served on the Steering Committee of that Division for the past two years, and was elected as Chair of the Division at the Midwinter Meeting in San Francisco in January.
Theising is the Immediate Past Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Section on Construction and Surety Law.
