David Williams Russell, Chairman of the Business Services Group at Harrison & Moberly, LLP, an Indianapolis law firm, has been selected by the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America to Chair their 2010 “Eagle Challenge” fund drive to raise money from fellow Eagle Scouts to enable scout camp attendance for boys otherwise unable to afford it.
