Theising Presents Paper at ABA Forum Annual Meeting

Harrison & Moberly attorney David Theising spoke on “The State of Privileges” at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry held in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 14, 2011.  Theising’s presentation, which focused on a discrete area of the law of evidence frequently encountered in litigation, was made during Plenary Session 4 of the three-day program entitled “I Can See for Miles: Cutting Edge Tools for Construction Practitioners.”  Theising chairs the Forum’s Division on Insurance, Surety & Liens, and has authored over three dozen articles in the areas of Construction Law and Government Contracts Law.
