McSharar to speak at DRI

Janet McSharar, the Chair of the Health Law Practice Group, has been appointed to the faculty of the 2011 Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar presented by the Defense Research Institute. This annual seminar will take place September 15-16, 2011 in Boston, Massachusetts.  Ms. McSharar is scheduled to speak at 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 15.  Her presentation is entitled “Winning at Arbitration.”  Ms. McSharar will share her insight into strategies for maximizing success at arbitration with the seminar attendees, who include attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel, claims specialists and other professionals involved in the defense of claims against long-term and end-of-life care providers across the country.
