Janet McSharar, the Chair of the Health Law Practice Group, spoke at the 2012 Indiana Health Care Association Convention and Expo on April 25, 2012. The title of the 2012 IHCA Convention was Spotlight on Long Term Care. Ms. McSharar was the Co-Presenter of Anatomy of Medical Malpractice Actions in Indiana and Defending ALF/LTC Claims. Ms. McSharar was honored to share her extensive experience defending long term care claims with the attendees of the IHCA Convention, who included health facility administrators, directors of nursing, licensed social workers, and other long term care professionals.
