Stephen Arthur has been appointed General Counsel of the Marine Corps Foundation of Indiana. Mr. Arthur is a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. The Foundation was established to raise and distribute funds in order to offset emergency expenses incurred by current Marines and their families, including the development of a scholarship/grants program that will assist college bound Marines and their children. Mr. Arthur will continue his relationship as a partner with Harrison Moberly, LLP.
