Don’s practice focus is law practice succession planning: expanding legal services to Indiana citizens and communities by helping senior and disabled attorneys in solo and small law firms transition their law practices for value to junior attorneys or law firms who want to build on their legal legacies. Don has an extensive background presenting at over 70 training seminars and is chair and a presenter of the Law Practice Succession and Retirement Planning Seminar at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) on September 21, 2017.
