Stephen Arthur’s Civil Trial Rule Handbook has been released by Thomson/West. This book is part of Mr. Arthur’s multi-volume Civil Trial Practice treatise also published by Thomson/West. The Handbook focuses on the current Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure and provides extensive author commentary for each rule, including important case and statutory references. The book is designed to serve as a single-volume reference that Indiana attorneys can take to court. Mr. Arthur also writes the Harvey’s Rules of Procedure Annotated, an 8 volume treatise on Indiana civil trial practice and procedure.
