Theising Article Published in The Construction Lawyer

January 21, 2010 //  by Harrison & Moberly

An article co-authored by David J. Theising entitled “The Intersection of Construction Law and Bankruptcy” was published in the Winter 2010 edition of The Construction Lawyer.

The Construction Lawyer is the peer-reviewed journal of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, and is published quarterly.

Theising’s article grew out of a breakfast presentation he made to the Division on Specialty and Trade Contractors at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry in New Orleans.
