This multi-volume set of books was created by Robert S. Hunter, a former Illinois Federal District Court Judge, who passed away recently. The books are intended to provide trial attorneys with accurate answers to common issues arising in a trial context, including preparation for trial. The books are sold to lawyers all over the United States and are a key component of the many resources that West Publishing provides to federal civil and criminal attorneys who practice in our nation’s federal court system.
