Theising Co-Chairs ABA Forum Annual Meeting

Harrison & Moberly attorney David J. Theising is co-chairing the 2013 Annual Meeting of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry.  The Annual Meeting will be held April 25 – 27, 2013 at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa in Dana Point, California.  The title of the program is “Surfing the Next Wave: The Future of Construction Law and Practice,” and features leading academics, industry experts and construction law practitioners from around the country addressing the impact of globalization and new technologies on the future direction of construction law and construction law practice.  The Forum is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the world, and its Annual Meeting draws hundreds of construction lawyers from across North America for three days of business meetings, advanced construction law education and professional development.  Theising is the Immediate Past Chair of the Forum’s Division on Insurance, Surety & Liens.
