Harrison & Moberly has received notice that a number of its lawyers have been named as Indiana Super Lawyers for 2013. The identification of Indiana lawyers as Super Lawyers dates back several years. The process used to identify Indiana Super Lawyers requires that lawyers who achieve this honor must be nominated by other lawyers in Indiana outside their own firm. Thus to be named as a Super Lawyer, an attorney has to demonstrate an extraordinary level of competency and skill to his colleagues, many of whom are often working on matters in opposition to the lawyer named as a Super Lawyer.
Harrison & Moberly’s 2013 Super Lawyers are Stephen E. Arthur (Business Litigation), William J. Hancock (Construction), Timothy J. Hulett (Personal Injury Defense), Janet A. McSharar (Medical Malpractice Defense), Rory O’Bryan (Real Estate), and Stephen J. Peters (Appellate Practice).
In addition, the sponsor of the Super Lawyers campaign also identifies Rising Stars within the state of Indiana. Rising Stars are young lawyers who do not yet have sufficient experience to qualify for Super Lawyer selection but who are regarded by their peers as being extremely proficient. As is the case with Super Lawyers, a lawyer can only be identified as a Rising Star by virtue of the recommendation of other lawyers outside his or her own firm.
Harrison Moberly’s 2013 Rising Stars are Lisa M. Adler (Estate Planning & Probate) and David I. Rubin (Insurance Coverage).
