August 13, 2013 //  by Harrison & Moberly

Barclay Wong, a Partner in the Health Law Practice Group, has been appointed the Program Vice Chair for the 2013 Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar presented by the Defense Research Institute.  This annual seminar will take place September 18-20, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition to serving as Program Vice Chair, Mr. Wong is leading a panel discussion at 10:05 a.m. on Thursday, September 19.  The panel discussion is entitled “Steering the Top 10 Drivers Toward Better Claim Outcomes.”

The Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar is one of DRI’s most well attended programs.  Seminar attendees include attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel, claims specialists and other professionals involved in the defense of claims against long-term and end-of-life care providers across the country.
