Harrison & Moberly has again been notified that a number of our lawyers have been named as Indiana Super Lawyers for the year 2013. An attorney can only be identified as a Super Lawyer if he or she is nominated as such by other lawyers in Indiana outside the firm in which the lawyer practices. Every year since the identification of Super Lawyers began, we have had a number of our lawyers recognized as such.
Our 2013 Super Lawyers are Stephen E. Arthur (Business Litigation), William J. Hancock (Construction), Timothy J. Hulett (General Defense), Janet A. McSharar (Medical Malpractice Defense), Rory O’Bryan (Real Estate), and Stephen J. Peters (Appellate Practice). Additionally, the sponsor of Super Lawyers identifies so-called Rising Stars. Rising Stars are young lawyers who do not yet have a sufficient number of years of experience to qualify for Super Lawyer selection but who are regarded by their peers as being extremely proficient. As is the case with Super Lawyers, a Rising Star can only be selected by virtue of nomination of other lawyers outside his or her own firm. The Harrison & Moberly Rising Stars for 2013 are Lisa M.
