On Saturday, November 22, 2014, at its annual International Festival held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, The Nationalities Council of Indiana, on behalf of its over 50 nationalities group members, presented its highest award, “The Steve,” to David Williams Russell, an attorney with the Indianapolis law firm Harrison & Moberly, in recognition of his many years of volunteer service to the international communities of Indiana.
