Harrison & Moberly attorney David J. Theising has been elected as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Election as a Fellow recognizes attorneys whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Membership in The Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation.
Mr. Theising handles complex civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Services Group, Construction Law Group, Real Estate Group, and Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Relations Group. He is admitted to the bar in seven states and the District of Columbia, and dozens of federal courts across the country. Mr. Theising currently serves as an elected member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, and proudly chairs that organization’s Diversity Committee. He earned both his A.B. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University.
