Stephen E. Arthur was inducted as President of the Indiana Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates at the organization’s annual meeting on December 7, 2012. Mr. Arthur will continue to serve as the organization’s membership chair and as an Indiana representative to the National ABOTA Board of Directors. ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to attorney civility, ethics, and professionalism, and the preservation of an independent judiciary and the American civil jury trial system. Membership is by invitation only, and requires candidates to establish significant jury trial experience. The Indiana ABOTA Chapter currently includes about 65 judges and trial attorneys from across the State of Indiana.
