Pat is Chair of the Environmental Practice Group and member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group; her practice areas include litigation of intellectual property disputes, trade dress infringement, director and officer liability, environmental contamination, and lender liability. Pat’s clients include corporations, sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, not-for-profit entities, health care providers and financial institutions.
A certified Civil Mediator, Pat is the sole member and owner of Mediation Roundtable LLC. Mediation Roundtable is a Woman Owned Business. As such, Pat and Mediation Roundtable are uniquely qualified to meet the needs of public or other entities who desire to use the services of a woman-owned enterprise. Prior to achieving her certification, Pat mediated cases by agreement in the Marion County “Settlement Week” program, achieving a very high rate of resolution. Mediation Roundtable operates out of the downtown Indianapolis and Hamilton County offices of Harrison & Moberly.
