Harrison & Moberly attorney David Theising will be a speaker at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the ABA Forum on Construction Law in New Orleans. The Annual Meeting will be held April 11-13, 2018 at The Roosevelt New Orleans, and is titled “Taking Care of Business: A Mini-MBA Program for the Construction Lawyer.” Mr. Theising, who chairs Harrison & Moberly’s Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Relations Practice Group, will be speaking with Professor George W. Kuney, University of Tennessee College of Law, on “Are You a Secured Creditor? – An Inside Look at How Clients Can Better Prepare Themselves for the Inevitable.”
The Forum is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the world, and its Annual Meeting draws hundreds of construction lawyers from across North America for three days of business meetings, advanced construction law education and professional development.
