Harrison & Moberly attorney David Theising will be a speaker at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the ABA Forum on Construction Law in New Orleans. The Annual Meeting will be held April 11-13, 2018 at The Roosevelt New Orleans, and is titled “Taking Care of Business: A Mini-MBA Program for the Construction Lawyer.” Mr. Theising, who chairs Harrison & Moberly’s Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Relations Practice Group, will be speaking with Professor George W. Kuney, University of Tennessee College of Law, on “Are You a Secured Creditor? – An Inside Look at How Clients Can Better Prepare Themselves for the Inevitable.”
